I love talent and intelligence, hence I love my friend
Amy. She's a talented graphic designer and illustrator, fellow ultra-liberal, indie-music lover and also a pretty fucking good writer. I don't love her quite so much for that because honestly, what left do I have to bring to the friendship, right?
Anyway, she recently entered a contest to design a poster for the Public Option Please campaign, which implores Congress not to forget that healthcare reform should actually maximize making people more healthy. Of course, since she's talented and smart, she WON!

I'm catching up on your blog posts and just saw this. I didn't know Amy won this contest, that's so cool. And no wonder. I love it -- the message, the graphics, the Thomas Jefferson quote. It's so intelligent!
