Good Night and Good Luck is my new fave. Just saw it today. It might not be the best-made movie ever, but it was my fave movie for sure this year. Granted as a member of the fourth estate and a bleeding heart liberal and civil libertarian who gets angry every day when he reads about what the Prez is doing, this movie is awesome!
The parallels are uncanny, but way more resonating to me was actually watching a factual documentation of people being courageous. America is a country founded on courage and yet, there seems to be a huge absence of it in our political leadership and also in too much of the media. No wonder our democracy has weakened.
